This deeply relaxing self-care ritual with dead sea salt contains a high concentration of minerals such as magnesium, potassium, sulfur and calcium.
CBD nourishes, relaxes and stimulates cell regeneration. Coconut oil has antimicrobial properties and softens the skin. Baking soda helps your body detoxify and lavender has relaxing and healing properties. And that’s not all: this CBD Dead sea salt foot soak is especially suitable to revive tired, aching feet!
I started noticing how different I feel after taking mineral foot baths. Especially during times when things are so different from the usual like now, taking care of yourself is essential.
Magnesium is an important mineral. It is closely connected to several bodily functions such as the nervous system, cardiovascular system and metabolism.
It has been a popular therapeutic ingredient in baths throughout the ages in cultures all over the world.
How much of the mineral manages to be absorbed by the body this way depends on different aspects, but it’s generally considered to be very beneficial.
I used to take foot baths regularly, but since I started doing it daily whenever I feel a bit off, I immediately feel much more grounded, relaxed, focused and energized.
Taking mineral baths such as this Dead sea salt foot soak with CBD is not just super relaxing, but it can also help relieve painful muscles and sore feet.
CBD is one of my essentials. I started using it a few years ago both internally and topically and found that it’s perfect for my sensitive skin. It deeply nourishes, stimulates cell regeneration, improves skin elasticity and speeds up the skin’s healing process.
I love using Endoca CBD products because of their superior quality. They have been around for some time and put a lot of dedication in all aspects of the company.
All of their products are made from organic hemp from Denmark, which is known for its low air pollution. Their low-temperature extraction method preserves the full spectrum of the properties and is very environmental-friendly.
I find that their CBD is very pure, so you only need a small amount.
Endoca work closely with biochemists and neuroscientists and supply hospitals with their products.
I did a lot of research before I started using their CBD and I recommend you to do your own.
Read the company’s story, check their reviews, compare, but most of all choose the brand that resonates most with you personally by how your body responds to it.
CBD Dead sea salt foot soak
Ingredients:
1/3 cup dead sea salt
1 tbsp baking soda
2 tbsp coconut oil
5 drops lavender oil
8 drops CBD oil
Use a spa foot bath or a clean bucket that’s big enough to fit both your feet in and cover them with the water at least above your ankles.
Boil water and pour it into the container to cool off for a bit. I use about 3.5 liters, you can adjust this according to your needs.
Add the dead sea salt and baking soda and mix everything. If the water is still too hot, add more cold water.
Once you’ve reached the right temperature for your feet to soak in, add the coconut oil, lavender oil and CBD oil.
The water should be very warm, but comfortable enough for your feet.
Soak your feet for about 20 minutes, dry them well afterwards with a towel and finish up with a nice foot cream.
